WTW appoints Punil Chaubal as insurance investment advisory proposition leader

WTW has announced the appointment of Punil Chaubal as the insurance investment advisory proposition leader in the UK.

As part of WTW’s Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) business, Chaubal will be based in London and report to Marcus Bowser, the managing director for UK and Ireland Life.

“Over the past three years we’ve doubled the size of our insurance investment advisory business. This is a strategically important area for our insurance partners and for this reason I’m delighted to appoint Punil to lead the team,” Bowser said.

“As a renowned expert and thought leader on sustainable finance and investment, Chaubal will be a major asset as we continue to innovate and develop propositions that help our clients take advantage of emerging opportunities for profitable growth and invest for a more sustainable tomorrow.”

Chaubal joined WTW in June 2022, bringing with him an impressive track record of nearly 13 years in non-life and life insurance, consulting, and asset management. He has also worked at EY.
