JPMAM appoints new head of international fixed income insurance/pensions as Sharma departs

J.P. Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM) has appointed Bryan Wallace as head of international fixed income insurance and pensions, replacing Prashant Sharma who are seven years with the firm, has decided to pursue opportunities elsewhere.

Wallace joined JPMAM in August 2009 as a senior portfolio manager in the global corporate credit team before transitioning to the insurance and pensions team in 2016.

In his new role, Wallace will report to Iain Stealey, international CIO of fixed income.

“There will no change to the investment process of any of our international fixed income insurance and pensions strategies,” JPMAM said.
