Conferences and Dinner: All events will take place in the Pavilion Suite onsite at the venue. 

Overnight Rooms: All bedrooms will be in the Marriott Lingfield Park which is directly accessed from the venue. Check in will be available from 3pm. You can either check in during breaks in the conference or after the conference has finished. 



Breakfast: Breakfast will be in the Marriott Lingfield Park in the Cyprium Bar & Grill which is directly accessed from the venue.
Breakfast is served 06:30-10:30 on weekdays.
