Speaker Profile: Sindu Krishna

Sindhu Krishna is a senior institutional investor and independent consultant with a near two-decade experience across leading insurance and pension investors, including Phoenix Group and Zurich Insurance Group. Most recently, she was Chief Sustainable Investment Officer at Phoenix Group, where she led the Group’s sustainable investment strategy across public and private markets, delivering enterprise-wide initiatives on climate, biodiversity, and social impact.

Her career covers all aspects of institutional investment including portfolio construction and asset manager selection & oversight, with a particular focus on aligning investment strategy to the long-term needs of pension schemes and insurance balance sheets. She brings deep understanding of the fiduciary responsibilities of asset owners and extensive experience navigating UK regulatory regimes, including the FCA, PRA, and TPR.

Sindhu is a CFA charter holder and holds an MBA from Warwick Business School. She is recognised for her ability to bridge investment strategy and sustainability.
