ManhattanLife has completed the acquisition of Union Security Life Insurance Company of New York from Assurant.
Founded in 1971, Union Security Life Insurance Company of New York offers life insurance, annuities, and accident and health products in New York.
This will be ManhattanLife's second charter in the state, expanding the company's presence.
