French net life insurance inflows at €1bn in March

French net life insurance inflows were positive at €1bn in March 2021, the French Insurance Federation (FFA) has said.

Figures showed that total net inflows amounted to €4.4bn in Q1.

In unit-linked products, net inflows were higher, reaching €2.1bn in March and €7.7bn since the beginning of the year.

Premiums in March 2021 stood at €12.7bn, up 40% compared to the same month in 2020, due to the impact of the first lockdown on sales networks.
