Canada Life appoints BPA veteran from Phoenix Group

Canada Life UK has appointed Dominic Carpenter as commercial & strategy director, bulk purchase annuities (BPA).

Carpenter joins the firm from Phoenix Group, where he most recently served as group capital director. He also spent 10 years at L&G as group capital director and head of reinsurance & structuring for the BPA business.
