Speaker Profile: Nimisha Sodha

Nimisha is an established Head of Responsible Investment, having worked in the financial services industry for 10 years. Throughout her time in industry, Nimisha has worked for a variety of organisations within investment consulting, asset management, retail, and most recently in insurance. In her latest role, as the first dedicated RI professional, Nimisha was responsible for developing and implementing an RI strategy for a £30bn portfolio of public and private credit assets. Nimisha built out a dedicated RI team and was a member of the Investment Leadership Team leading on a variety of projects covering stewardship, responsible investment and corporate sustainability. This included development and enhancement of policies, processes, tools, and reporting with a significant focus on climate change and biodiversity.

Nimisha is currently studying towards the Certificate in Quantitative Finance and holds a variety of other qualifications.
