Speaker Profile: Tim Munn

Tim Munn has been at Swiss Life Asset Managers UK since March 2020. He is a member of the Swiss Life Asset Managers Investment Committee Real Estate, the UK Executive Board and the UK Investment Risk Committee. In his role as Chief Investment Officer, Tim is responsible for managing the UK Investment Team, overseeing portfolio strategy and performance, formulating new strategies and business development. He became Co-CEO of Swiss Life Asset Managers UK in January 2026. Tim has 25+ years’ experience in real estate investment management– across build-up, sell down and stable portfolios, involving direct and indirect property solutions. From 2000 to 2020, Tim spent two decades at CBRE Investment Management, where latterly he was a member of the UK Executive Committee, European Leadership Committee and Head of Inbound Capital, responsible for working on separate account business development globally. Tim has been a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2000. In 2003, he completed the IMC and became authorised by the FCA to undertake investment business. He has a Modern History degree from the University of Oxford, and a Masters in Property Valuation & Law from City University.
