Prudential has appointed Neil Moge as its new group chief investment officer, succeeding Don Guo, who is stepping down after nearly three years.
Moge joins from Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where he was global co-head of insurance portfolio management.
With over 20 years of experience in asset management, Moge will oversee Prudential’s $150bn portfolio, focusing on delivering superior risk-adjusted returns and supporting sustainable growth.
The appointment comes as Prudential increases its exposure to private markets.
