Nippon Life joins the TISFD Alliance

Nippon Life has joined the alliance of TISFD (Taskforce on Inequality and Social-related Financial Disclosures), an international initiative for information disclosure related to inequality and social issues.

Additionally, Takeshi Kimura, executive officer of the company and PRI board member, has been appointed to the steering committee, the primary decision-making body of TISFD.

“Moving forward, our participation in the TISFD alliance will enable us to enhance sustainability management efforts,” Nippon Life stated.

“Additionally, through the participation of our executive officer in the steering committee, we will contribute to global rule-making.”
