Macif’s responsible investment vehicle takes stake in shared housing specialist

Written by Adam Cadle

Macif Impact ESS, Macif’s responsible investment vehicle, has invested €500,000 in Vitanovae, a company pooling surfaces, resources and services to make its homes, buildings, and third places, accessible to as many people as possible, while guaranteeing a high level of comfort and significantly reducing the environmental impact.

The integration of Macif into the capital of Vitanovae will enable the latter to develop socially innovative activities with the opening of new sites and to strengthen its impact engagement.

Macif Impact ESS was created at the end of 2020 to finance French companies established in territories whose activity has positive impacts. Today, it already supports seven structures concerned with providing concrete solutions to social and environmental issues that are not addressed in the fields of mobility, housing, health, and finance.
